Brilliant! Nicole is getting me mobile again after some serious long-term injuries. Great assessment process, combined with a sorts massage in the affected area and then an achievable but challenging program of stretches and exercises. It's getting me moving again!

Dealing with Rory at made to move was great, he really knows what he is doing. Most physio try and get rid of the pain but with Rory he goes beyond that and tries to address why you get the pain in the 1st place. So far, I am making good progress and I’m able to move pain free and back hitting decent numbers in the gym again

Unfortunately back again!! 4 weeks ago I tore my calf and immediately booked in for treatment, this time seeing Nicole. Once again, a really professional experience. Nicole questioned what I'd done, what I was looking to achieve. The treatment on the day was brilliant, Nicole asked for feedback as she went along adapting as needed aswell as just having pleasant conversation. My goal was to be fit for an event in 6 weeks, the following day I found I could walk pretty much normally and felt so much better. After a couple of days rest I received my rehab schedule with video links which I found very useful, today I am back at almost full strength and confident in my recovery. Thanks Nicole.

I received a diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis, a form of rheumatoid arthritis affecting the spine and SI joint a few years ago. Which made movement extremely restrictive. The NHS physio simply didn’t help and after the 6 weeks was up, I was discharged. My movement continued to worsen over the following years, to the point of being able to do very little in terms of basic day to day activity without extreme pain. After visiting Rory, it was clear he was not only very friendly and approachable but also very knowledgeable (particularly when it came to stabilising the SI joint). He set clear goals for physio that I could do at home, with regular reassessment of my movement and strength. After 6 months with Rory’s help I’ve gone from being almost completely incapacitated to moving pain free. Whilst I still get some stiffness and occasional impingement, the improvements made are almost unbelievable (and still improving). Made to Move have given me my life quality back, which is invaluable especially as a young active guy. I’ve now started back at the gym, which along with Rory’s guidance has further improved my movement and pain. Thank you Rory, really can’t stress how much this has made a difference to my physical and mental health. Fully recommend to anyone seeking help for movement therapy!

I have been to see for online coaching. He has drawn up coaching plans which work round my running schedules to improve my strength and core. This has made a significant difference with my running, helping with previous aches and pains and improving speed along the way!
