I always suffered from legs pain (tendons, groin, thigh), especially when I train to run long distances. Rory support me in dealing with the injuries with effective treatment, set up weekly exercises plan to strengthen the part involved and provide me a personalised training plan. Strongly recommended!

Saw Dom for a sports massage as I’m having trouble with my lower back. He was instantly friendly and easy to get along with. We discussed the issues I was having, he assessed my back first and the specific problem areas, then he did a great massage. I’ve booked to see him again. He made me feel comfortable and we had a good laugh throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend!

Rory is incredibly knowledgeable and a top fella. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough in his assessment. The massage therapy was super. I’ve left Made2move with more knowledge, less tension and a lot less doom and gloom about my ‘shoulder’ injury.

I would definitely recommend dom. I explained I had a issue with my calf. Which he was thorough professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my session . I came away feeling great . I would definitely recommend him and feel confident that anyone who went to him would benefit as I have done .

Excellent knowledge, facilities and communication. I went to Made to Move while I was training for a marathon, with a previous knee injury and was suffering from pain/discomfort while exercising. Rory suggested a package that they offer to suit me best, which included a consultation & functional screening, 2 sports massages and a 4 week rehabilitation programme. Rory guided me through an easy to download and use app, where my workout program was displayed, I could easily follow and was able to message him with any questions or advice I needed. My goal was met and I completed the marathon and first program, feeling much more reasured that my knee injury is improving. I have now started a second program with the focus on getting me back playing football and build my confidence on how to prevent another knee injury. I would recommend MadetoMove to anyone who's looking to recover/prevent an injury, or just improve there physical wellbeing as their knowledge and facilities are brilliant!
