All of our strength and conditioning programmes begin with a movement assessment followed by fitness testing to understand the foundations of how you move and your current ability.
To build upon your performance, you need to focus on all aspects of your performance. This means our comprehensive approach allows us to create an individualised programme based on your goals, needs, sport and current abilities. Often, other programmes fail to focus on these attributes which can lead to poor results or contribute to increased injury risk.
Your programme will be customised to your level and needs and you will receive one to one support to ensure you have plenty of individualised attention. We will then advance your programme every 4 weeks based on your new testing results so we can continue to make targeted progress towards your specific goals.
